Greetings my worldly people. Like most of us I’d recon you’ve spent quite some time indoors this past year and maybe this year as well. While this isn’t a big deal to those who enjoy spending their time from home (I’m looking at you introverts) I would imagine outside lovers may be a little bored with the lack of activities in their homes so I’ve gathered a few items to showcase that may be of interest to some. Etsy, which has grown over the years, has become a place for people like me to endlessly browse and shop for trinkets and many other items based on likes and needs. Let’s take a look at some of my collectables, you may end up purchasing some for yourself, your friends, and family!
- Custom Prints
First up I have some custom patches. The design and wording(customized by me)are based on a musical artist that some may have heard of who goes by the name Juice Wrld. He sadly passed 2019 at a young age but his fans and those associated have kept his legacy alive through releasing music and merchandise. Though these do not come directly from Etsy, there are many shops that will commission custom patches for your personal use and for a reasonable price. 2. Trainer Card
Next up is for my the Pokémon fans out there. Long-term players will recognize and be familiar with a function that exist within the mainstream games which allows players to customize and share a digital card or I.D that represents their team of mons as well as collection of badges they own. These particular trainer cards are based on designs found in the latest games titled Pokémon Sword and Pokémon Shield. Through the Etsy shop https://www.etsy.com/shop/Paper64ink you can contact them with the info needed and they will print as well as ship the cards directly to you. 3. PatchMaker
This one is probably the standout item in this list as it wasn’t a commission and was actually a surprise gift given to me( Pokeball is separate.) Our mon Squirtle pretty much sums up how I spent my time this past year and this year as well. Outside of being a favored mon and a neat idea all-round it encourages us to stay strong and game on, while also being safe and protecting yourself. 4. Deck Holder
And here’s the final item which may not be as popular in name as the others but is one of my favorites to hold and look at. If you’re familiar with trading card games or TCG you’ll recognize this as the deck holder from Cardfight Vanguard, which I played from around 2011 to present. These deck holders are made to resemble the ones used by characters of the TV series but unfortunately never were never officially made into physical items for players and fans to collects. Through use of 3D printing the folks over at https://www.etsy.com/shop/MazAndAttero create deck holders like this and many others from well known series and some nice ones too. Not only do they serve as a home for your cards but they also look great as shelf ornaments alongside your other collectables. Visit their shop and find a new hiding space for your cards!
